

Please note, during the normal course of repair, it may be necessary for the technician to reset or upgrade the software of the product, and as a result data may be lost. We will not take responsibility for any loss or claims for damages of any data, applications, contact names & numbers, images, photos, movies, screensavers, music, ringtones, recordings, messages or settings deleted during the repair, quotation or assessment of your phone. It is recommended that all customers back up any important data before handing in their unit for repair. We do not take responsibility of any sim cards left in mobile phones. Individually paired functions such as finger print scanning and face ID can be subject to failure before, during, and after repair depending on damages to the unit. Once failed these functions may not be able to be repaired. You have 30 days to collect your product from the day of completion and finalise any payment owed. If the product has not been collected within a 30 day period, laws may allow us to dispose of goods. We expressly warrant repairs performed by us for 1 year. If the same fault we repaired on your product reoccurs and you return the device within 1 year from the date of the repair, we will re-perform the repair without charge. This does not apply to any other unrelated faults that may develop within the 1 year period including broken screens or any physical damage to the device that follows after we repaired the original problem. Water damaged phones void warranty. Repaired devices must be fully paid in-store before they can be released. Payments via bank transfer must fully clear before a device can be released. Afterpay methods are not currently accepted at this point in time. By accepting these terms & conditions you are acknowledging you will be charged a surcharge on any card transactions.
